1. About SingularMade

SingularMade (singularmade.ai) is an AI-powered custom design platform that enables you to create unique, personalized products. Using our AI design tools, you describe your vision and we generate one-of-a-kind artwork that is professionally printed on garments such as T-shirts, caps, and more. Every item is made-to-order based on your AI-generated design.

2. Account Registration & Login

You can use SingularMade with or without an account:

• Guest checkout: You may browse, design, and place orders without creating an account. A guest account is created automatically using your checkout email to associate your order.
• Account creation: You can create an account using email & password or Google Sign-In. Creating an account lets you track orders, save designs, and access your design history across devices.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@singularmade.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account deletion: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

3. Use of Service

By using SingularMade, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our service.

4. AI-Generated Designs

• All designs are created using artificial intelligence. Results may vary from what is previewed on screen.
• Actual printed colors may differ from your screen display due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and garment materials.
• The position and size of the design on the final product may vary slightly from the 3D preview.
• Since each product is custom-made with your unique AI-generated design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the AI-generated artwork itself.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Your designs: You retain ownership of the AI-generated designs you create on SingularMade. You are free to use, share, or reproduce your designs as you wish.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your design prompts do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or rights of publicity.
• License to us: By placing an order, you grant SingularMade a limited license to use your design solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your ordered products.
• Our content: The SingularMade platform, including its UI, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by SingularMade and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use SingularMade to create designs that are illegal, hateful, obscene, or infringe on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Create automated accounts or use bots to access the service.
• Resell or redistribute SingularMade's AI generation capabilities as a standalone service.
• Use the platform to generate content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Orders & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain inappropriate content or violate these terms.
• Shipping times and costs vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.
• You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via email and/or SMS.

8. Refund Policy

• Defective products: If your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
• Wrong item: If you receive the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product), we will send the correct item at no extra cost.
• Design dissatisfaction: Because every product is custom-made with your AI-generated design, we cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the AI-generated artwork. Please review the 3D preview carefully before ordering.
• Non-delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.

To request a refund, email support@singularmade.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

9. SMS Text Messaging Consent & Terms

By providing your phone number during checkout on singularmade.ai, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from SingularMade related to your order. These messages may include:

• Order confirmation (e.g., "Your order #ORD-12345 is confirmed!")
• Shipping and delivery updates (e.g., "Your order has shipped via USPS")
• Account security alerts

Message frequency: You will receive approximately 1-3 SMS messages per order. Messages are sent only in relation to orders you place — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on text messaging charges.

Consent is not required to make a purchase. You may opt out at any time.

• To opt out and stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from SingularMade. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.
• For help or questions about SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@singularmade.com.

Your phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS messaging is provided through Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering order confirmations, shipping updates, and pickup notifications.

10. Privacy

Your use of SingularMade is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

SingularMade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform. Your continued use of SingularMade after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
