Booking Q3 – Q4 2026 across the Bay Area

Put a working embroidery shop on your event floor

Guests pick a blank, type their words, and choose a thread color on a tablet. The machine starts right there. Eight to twelve minutes later they walk off with something that has their own name on it — not swag you handed them, something they made.

Three steps, start to finish

Everything happens at the booth in one visit. A guest designs, our operator stitches, they pick it up — eight to twelve minutes, no appointment, no prep on your side.

STEP 01

The guest designs it

Six taps on the booth kiosk: pick a piece, type the words, choose type and thread color, place it. A live preview shows the stitch before it exists. Our design tool is free on the web too, so guests can arrive with something ready.

STEP 02

Our operator stitches it

A trained operator of ours — never your staff — hoops it, swaps thread, and starts. Guests stand a foot away and watch the needle work. Nothing is behind a curtain, and they ask a lot of questions.

STEP 03

They pick it up

Three-digit pickup tickets, called out when they are done. Anyone who left a phone number gets a text, so they can work the rest of the room instead of standing in your line.

See the kiosk for yourself

The exact screens your guests will use — open the demo, type a name, watch the preview draw. Nothing you submit is real.

Optional

Custom pieces, made before the date

Needs lead time

The booth runs fine on stock blanks. But if you want something specific to your event — your logo digitized, a signature piece nobody else has, pre-stitched panels guests finish themselves — our masters build it in the shop ahead of time. This is planned work, not a day-of request.

Your logo, properly digitized

Digitizing is a craft, not a file conversion. Our masters build the stitch path by hand, set density and underlay for the fabric, and sew a proof for you to approve before the date.

A signature piece

Something off the standard list — a specific cap, a patch, a keepsake in your brand's material. We source it, test it on the machine, and bring enough for the room.

Half-finished on purpose

Your artwork pre-stitched in the shop, the guest's name added live at the booth. The heavy stitching is already done, so the line moves fast and the piece looks far more elaborate than eight minutes allows.

Why It Works

Why this beats a table of free tote bags

The line is the attraction

A machine that is visibly running stops people on its own. You do not have to staff someone to pull traffic in.

Our people, up close

Professional operators run every machine — your staff never touches one. Guests lean in, watch the needle, and ask how it works. That conversation is the part they remember.

The design tool is free

Anyone can open our web tool and make a design before the event — no account, no charge. Guests who arrive with something ready move through the line in half the time.

It scales up if you plan ahead

Book far enough out and our masters pre-produce custom pieces in the shop, so the booth hands out something more elaborate than a live eight-minute stitch could ever be.

It gets used, not drawered

A cap with someone's own name on it goes out in the world. Your mark rides along with it.

The wait is your capture window

Phone number is optional and used to text the pickup — not a gate. Most people give it anyway. You get the export after the event.

Mistakes cost a blank

Typo or wrong color? We re-run it on the spot. There is no reprint order, no shipping it back.

Zero leftover inventory

Unstitched blanks are generic. Whatever is not used goes back or rolls into your next event — no case of merch with the wrong year on it.

We plug into nothing

Power comes off the van's own battery bank. No dedicated circuit, no generator rental, no fighting the venue for an outlet.

Bringing your own blanks works too — send a sample ahead so we can check weight and weave. Knits and coated waterproof fabrics need a test run first.

Best fit is a three-hour-plus dwell with 200–800 people through. Above that we add machines, or the line gets away from us.

Where We Go

Based in Palo Alto, the rig travels
Within 20 miles of Palo Alto
The Peninsula and South Bay — Menlo Park, Mountain View, Redwood City, San Jose. No travel fee, same-day in and out, five days notice minimum.
Bay Area and NorCal day trips
SF, Oakland, Berkeley, Sacramento, Napa, Santa Cruz, Monterey. Travel billed at cost.
Fly-outs and tours
LA, Seattle, Austin, Vegas. Machines ship freight, so we need 14 days notice and it usually only pencils out for two days or more.

Logistics

The unglamorous details

Worth reading, but short. We are self-powered, so the only thing we really need from you is somewhere to park the van and a patch of floor to set up on.

We Bring

On our truck

Our own power — onboard battery bank and inverter, silent, no venue circuit
1–4 embroidery machines, plus a spare head
Professional operators — one per machine, all day
Ordering tablets, stands, and the pickup board
10 stock thread colors, 7 stitch fonts, hoops, and trimming tools
Tables, tool case, backup blanks, cleaning kit
Order data and finished-piece photos after the event

You Provide

Two things, basically

Parking for a 20 ft van — one full space, ideally within 100 ft of the booth so we can restock
10 ft × 7 ft of level ground to set up on, 8 ft × 5 ft at the absolute minimum
A load-in path a hand truck can roll — curb cut, ramp, or elevator
One on-site contact to direct guests and hand off
Vector logo file if you want it digitized
No power needed. We run entirely off the van — no dedicated circuit, no extension runs, no generator rental on your budget. Outdoors, we bring our own canopy and weights too.
