Welcome to SingularMade (singularmade.ai). We provide an AI-powered platform that lets you design and purchase custom printed garments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account, sign in, or place an order.
- Authentication data: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your email address and display name from Google. We do not store your Google password or any third-party credentials. Your phone number is collected during checkout via Stripe for order communication and SMS notifications.
- Order information: Product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, shipping addresses, billing details, and order history.
- AI-generated designs: Images, prompts, and designs you create using our AI design tools are stored to provide the service and enable you to reuse them.
- Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect payment details in accordance with their own privacy policy.
- Device storage: We use your browser's local storage (localStorage and IndexedDB) to cache your design selections, generated images, and cart data locally on your device for a faster experience. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save or place an order.
- Usage data: Basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and device information, collected via Vercel Analytics to help us improve the platform.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve our service.
- To process and fulfill your orders.
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
- To send transactional communications including order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notifications via email and/or SMS.
- To improve our AI design features and overall user experience.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is only shared with service providers who are necessary to operate our platform, as described below.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase: Authentication (email, password) and database services.
- Google: Social login via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0).
- Stripe: Payment processing and phone number collection at checkout. Your payment data is handled directly by Stripe under their privacy policy.
- Twilio: SMS messaging services for order confirmations, shipping updates, and pickup notifications.
- Leonardo AI / OpenAI / Stability AI: AI image generation. Your text prompts are sent to these services to generate designs. No personal information is included in these requests.
- Vercel: Hosting and web analytics.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.
6. Account & Authentication
We offer the following sign-in methods:
- Email & password: Your password is securely hashed and stored by Supabase. We never have access to your plain-text password.
- Google Sign-In: We receive your name and email from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other data.
- Guest checkout: You can place orders without creating an account. We collect your email, phone number, and shipping information to fulfill the order. You may create an account afterward to track your orders.
7. SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number during checkout on singularmade.ai, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS text messages from SingularMade. These messages include:
- Order confirmation (e.g., "Your order #ORD-12345 is confirmed!")
- Shipping and delivery updates
- Account security alerts
Message frequency: Approximately 1-3 messages per order. No marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not required to make a purchase. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for delivering order-related notifications and will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

8. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies for session management and authentication. These are essential for the platform to function and keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We also use localStorage and IndexedDB in your browser to cache design data, cart items, and generated images locally for performance. You can clear this data through your browser settings at any time.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@singularmade.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., order records for tax purposes).
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We rely on enterprise-grade security from our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe).
11. Children's Privacy
SingularMade is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
